Collectively our startups have raised over $1.5B in funding generated $3B in shareholder value and created jobs. Antai is looking for a CEO for a new ecommerce holding company based in Mexico City. What youll do : Build a consumer brands portfolio from scratch based on data points generated by AB tasting methodologies using AI tools. Develop high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives Build lead and motivate a strong team Define and execute the marketing and product strategy to achieve the business plan of the company Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. What We're Looking For Solid experience (8 years) in CPG firms marketplaces or digital B2C companies. Strong consumer marketing and product knowledge 360 approach to brand building and strategy Strong analytics & operational skills with the ability to track and analyze marketing campaigns operational improvements and other initiatives to show a demonstrable ROI An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and public speaking skills Passion for consumer businesses and entrepreneurial mindset Last but not least : a sense of humor a positive can-do attitude and fun to work with What We Offer The chance to co-found a company with Antai Ventures one of Europe and Latin Americas leading venture studios with a proven model for turning bold ideas into successful businesses.
