Tool & Die Maintenance Technician**Location**:Gestamp Aguascalientes, MX, Gestamp Ag**Date**:Jun 10, 2025- Tecnico CNCLong Description- Estudio de especificaciones, dibujos de ingeniería, ordenes de trabajo, manejo de datos e información en conjunto con ingeniería y personal de Matriceria, para resolver problemas de maquinados relacionados a las características del material, tolerancias, requerimientos de servicio.- Trabaja con piezas y partes para troqueles usando softwares CAD/CAM.- Prepara y modifica archivos en CAD/CAM para la manufactura del troquel.- Prepara y pone puesta apunto en piezas para maquinados en CNC- Puede participar en equipos de solución de problemas.- Acoplamiento a la Calidad, Seguridad y Políticas Ambientales- Entiende y sigue todos los requerimientos de estándares de troqueles de GNA.- Organiza y mantiene los datos de CAM de todas las herramientas de los clientes actuales de Gestamp Aguascalientes- Realiza las prioridades en CNC, de acuerdo a los requerimientos internos/externos de nuestros herramentales- Conocer y operar todas las maquinas herramientas CNC de un taller de maquinado (CENTRO DE MAQUINADO Y WIRE CUT)- Generar la mejora continua en cada actividad- Registro de actividades y avance de ordenes de mantenimiento en bitacora digital- Inspeccionar y verificar piezas terminadas que cumplan con requerimientos solicitados( materiales, tolerancias, acabado, rebabeadas, sin marcas o golpes )About usWe are a multi-technology company present in over 20 countries and our team of over 40,000 is made up of 90 different nationalities.
