Cómo **QA Training** ayudarás a garantizar la eficacia y eficiencia de los equipos de Customer Service en albo. Será responsable de crear y actualizar la base de conocimientos, desarrollar a los agentes de soporte a través de una variedad de programas y herramientas de capacitación para brindar la mejor experiência posible a los usuarios albo.**¿Qué harás?**- Capacitar para nuevos empleados en Customer Service- Captación de información a terceras áreas para documentación de procesos.- Evaluar periódicamente a especialistas de CS para mantener un nível óptimo de operación- Creación de material formativo, de nuevos productos, para brindar a Customer Service, de forma creativa y dinámica.- Trabajar con tu manager para priorización de cursos/trainings.- Identificar, evaluar y concentrar las necesidades formativas para desarrollar planes mensuales de formación.- Trabajar de la mano de los líderes del área de CS para atacar las necesidades de capacitación y mejora de los especialistas de CS.- Buscar maneras innovadoras de trainings para optimizar el tiempo y recursos de aprendizaje, acortando la curva de aprendizaje**¿Quién eres?**- Persona con sentido humano, apasionada por la enseñanza de forma integral- Preferente con carrera concluida (pedagogía, desarrollo humano, psicología, TICs)- Cuentas con conocimiento de herramientas digitales para la enseñanza- Experiência previa en puesto como este o similares- Experiência en la creación y administración de los programas de capacitación- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal- Te gustan los retos y aprende sobre la marcha- Organizado y puntual con la entrega de los proyectos- Nível de Inglés medio / avanzado- Buen conocimiento de Google Suite, Ms Office, CRM, LMS, manejos de scorecard**Lo que ofrecemos**- Empleo estable y lleno de oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y personal.- Un montón de libertad y autonomía para crear cosas increíbles.- Trabajo híbrido, salario base y bono por resultados, prestaciones superiores a la ley.Si te interesa la vacante sube tu book y CV, lo revisamos y nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
