Where no two days are the same.****Your role**:**As an SRE, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of our containerized infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving production issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve system design and operational processes. You will work hands-on with**Kubernetes internals**,**PostgreSQL**,**observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK)**, and**messaging systems (Kafka, JMS)**to ensure our services are robust, monitored, and recoverable****Your profile**:- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in**Computer Science**,**Engineering**, or a related technical field.**:- **Exposure to**CI/CD pipelines**and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.**:- **_Strong knowledge on PostgreSQL _**:- **Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and debugging skills - Must**:- **Deep Kubernetes experience. RKE2 preferred (but not required)**:- **Developer or Admin-level experience (not just using it remotely via Cloud, etc.) - Must**:- **Triage of K8s-based issues - including logs (both container and host-level), metrics - Must**:- **Experience of case-management tooling (e.g. Service Now) - Must**:- **Knowledge on messaging technologies like Kafka, JMS - Good to have**:- **Knowledge on metric technologies like Prometheus, Grafana - Good to have**:- **Knowledge on EFK Stack - Good to have**:- **Knowledge with service discovery/mesh such as Istio - Good to have****What You Will Love About Working Here**:**At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
