Strongly believing in your ideas and clearly communicating to internal /external teams are key.ExecuteYou’ll submit briefs, source new or existing content, and help your design team with everything they need in order to bringyour ideas to life in an efficient but thoughtful manner before passing your masterpieces to the Media Buyers to push outinto the world.ReviewYou’ll work with the Media Buying team to understand what is working, what’s not working, and what has potential with justthe right touch. CTR, CPC, and Thumb-Stop ratio will guide you towards adaptations and improvements.**Measuring Success**Your design team feels supported and clearly understands your vision for the final product through thoughtful briefs andcommunication.You understand the client’s goals and work with the available resources and stakeholders to achieve those goals.Your decision-making comes from research and strong intuition backed by data from Ads Manager, Google Analytics,and client sales.**Responsibilities**Write compelling and conversion-driven creative briefs for images and iterative videosWork with our UGC coordinators to source the right content creators and provide them with creative themes anddirection to produce the best UGC for our clients.Research trends and competitors to stay up to date with the latest.
