Using the latest technology ensures that each member of our team is able to stay up-to-date with current industry-standards and provide the best service possible to our clients.This is a full time remote position for a US company.**Marketing Coordinator Overview**The Marketing Coordinator role is to aid in the strategic creation and distribution of marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to others in the marketing and sales department through assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media posts, editing promotional and educational videos for social media, writing educational and relevant articles, scheduling podcast guests, and more.The Marketing Coordinator should be familiar with:- Social media curation and scheduling platforms- SEO basics- Video editing apps such as Splice or Tezza (or apps with similar capabilities)- Copywriting- Canva- Google Analytics**Responsibilities**:- Social media content creation _- Clip videos into social media-friendly bits to be repurposed on TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.- Monitor performance of posts- Develop posts promoting the podcast and tagging guests- Develop posts promoting recent articles or videos- Manage Google My Business page and postings- Blogs _- Create header images for blogs- Write blog posts- Monitor blog performance and keyword rankings- Metric tracking & organization _- Following along with Google Ads and Google Analytics- Aid in reviewing the marketing / sales dashboards in HubSpot- Helping to track that in our own documents- Analyzing data with me to identify trends, performance, etc.- Outreach_- Submitting HAROs- Assessing HARO submissions and determining the correct guests to invite- Adding calendar invites (guests and internally)- Setting up Zoom calls in Peter’s account- Internal_- Pitch Rincon to relevant HARO queriesPay: From $22,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
