Your responsibilities will include filling out briefings for campaign execution and requests, ensuring financial control and adherence to budgets, providing high-level customer service and post-sales support to clients and the commercial team, generating performance reports, supervising campaign creation, managing accounts and planning, tracking executions and deliveries, attending performance monitoring meetings, and creating incident management reports. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, excellence, and client satisfaction while delivering strategic planning and consultation.Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:- Tasks- As a senior planner you will fill out the briefing for the execution of campaigns and requests in the 4 start ups (offline, online, media, insights)As a senior planner you will be responsible for controlling over-execution and an ally for financial control.- Guarantee the improvement in the performance of the assigned accounts (is account focused not vertical focused).-- Provides customer service, post sales support, planning and strategy at a consultant level to clients who activate in Rappi and for the commercial team-- Generate the performance reports for both our clients and the commercial team.-- Management and supervision of the creation of campaigns seeking the efficiency and excellence of the assigned accounts (of all monetization products).-- Account management and planning for both our clients and KAMs-- Track executions and requested deliveries-- Make the reports associated with the accounts that are being managed-- Attend performance monitoring meetings with clients.-- Create incident management reports and make follow up of the solutionBien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Analytical (Generation of 360° proposals based on insights)- Problem Solver (from your area of action)- Strategic thinking Persistent- Resilient It moves fast Detail and quality oriented- Excellent teamwork skills Storytelling and Public Speaking- Experience of 3-6 years working in similar areas.Tipo Empleador:RegularEmpleador:Rappi Technology MexicoPara más información consulta nuestra pagina weby revisa nuestras reseñas en GlassdoorTe esperamos con mucha ansiedad y brillo en los ojos para entregar magia juntos _#Rappi_
