Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**Your New Role**The Assistant Production Finance Accountant is responsible for assisting the Production Finance Accountant on television productions in prep and post. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the entertainment industry, as well as an opportunity to join a team that is committed to ongoing process improvement and individual development.**Your Role**Accountabilities**:- Performs the entering of accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and pcard transactions- Uses problem-solving skills to identify procedural inconsistencies and recommend process improvements that will ensure our procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.**Qualifications & Experience**- Accounting or Business Administration bachelor’s degree is preferred.- Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, related third‐party accounting systems and MS Office preferred.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Results oriented mindset with a drive to achieve objectives.- Ability to interact professionally (written and verbal) with staff and outside vendors.- Ability to work in a rapidly moving, matrixed environment.- Experience with digital filing preferred.- Entertainment industry experience is preferred.- Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment preferred.
