Company Description- Job Description**Function 1: Product Portfolio: Product related Services and Tasks**- Delivers professional technical service to all target accounts for North-LatAm region.- Identifies technical customer issues and provides product or service-oriented consultancy.- Manage and lead customer support addressing their regulatory/legislative requirements together with PS.**Function 2: Market & Competition Mangement**- Evaluates market needs across the region and trend technologies together with Marketing and the sales organization.- Ensures up-to-date competition knowledge; Evaluate Test results and initiate counter measure.- Based on market needs evaluates existing product portfolio and proposes changes with BD, PM, Marketing and KAM.- Develops and offers appropriate colorant recommendations for customers' formulations.- Translates customer and regulatory requirements into product and service ideas.- Supports in problem solving in regard to complaints and quality related issues.- QualificationsEducation: Master's Degree, Chemistry, Chemical engineer or equivalentTechnical experience (>15 years) in Application Development/Technical Service. Commercial OrientedProject Management & Regional Customer Relationship Skills.Industry and Field Experience > 15 years; Seniority and standing in front of customers/critical discussionsExperience in different functions/countries (Mexico, Colombia, Central America & the Caribbean)Experience in different functions/countries.- Additional Information- text
