When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you’ll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.- Identify and implement improvements to reduce obsolescence risk- Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency of labor- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance related- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.- Ensure high level of data and transactional integrity in the MRP system in order to achieve correct high of inventory accuracy- Responsible for MRP System- Zero premium freight services through the proper production planning processes.- Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections in order to properly manage plant capacity and operating.- And other activities assigned by Sr. Manager, MBU.- Train CAs based on Job Description and Specific Customer Requirement on Portal - As Customer Requirement.- Act as escalation point for Logistic topics, coaching and sponsoring Customer Analysts where applicable- Basic Qualifications:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.- Engineering, International Business, Finance or Administration Degree.- +8 years of related experience.- Experience in the automotive industry preferably.- Experience with customer relationship.- Knowledge on inventory tasks (cycle count, audits, customer service).- Ability to work under stressful conditions.- Computer Knowledge.- ERP Systems Knowledge.- Schedule Availability.- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.- English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).- Specific Customer Requirement Training on Portal - As Customer Requirement.- Communication Skills (Oral and Written).- Initiative.- Analytical.- Problem solving skills.- Achievement oriented.- SAP system.- APICS.- Excel Knowledge.- Descripción de puesto- Ensure in collaboration with planning and logistics team for customer shipments on time.- #LI-RR1HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
