Buckland strives to provide customized services in a memorable way.*Position Summary*Reporting to the Compliance FTA Team Leader, this position assists on compliance projects for major clients. This individual will support the FTA team by creating certificates and logging customer requests. The role requires professional communication with team members, clients, and our client’s customers.****What we can offer you**- Competitive salary, benefits package and matching retirement plan- A friendly, collaborative work environment- Opportunities for professional development & ongoing learning- A chance to be part of a growing organization*Key Responsibilities:*- Create FTA certificates- Manage FTA certificates from creation to completion.- Log new customer requests on regular scheduled basis.- Reviews and maintains database integrity- Utilizing various client and Buckland provided software to organize and manage workload- Create reports and may assist in drafting compliance processes and related work instructions- Provides broker and client assistance with FTA document support- Ongoing effective and diplomatic internal and external customer service- Other duties and responsibilities related to compliance activities*- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required- 2 years administrative or customer service experience (preferred)- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills (preferred)- Strong team player with the ability to work independently- Professional and mature demeanor- Strong attention to detail and organization skills- Above average and accurate keyboarding skills- Detail oriented- Excellent problem solving, research and analytical skills- Ability to travel when needed (up to 10%)
