Acuña Coahuila**Account Specialist**Objective:The Account Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Commercial and Engineering group in current and additional market endeavors. This position reports to the Account Manager.**Responsibilities**- Maintain existing customer accounts through direct customer communications as required.- Being a liaison for technical inquiries, addressing field or quality concerns, and providing customer service.- Support activities related to requests for quotes (RFQs).- Facilitate communication to customers on status.- Follow-up with internal organization on status of tooling quotes, capital quotes and cost estimating.- Assist with financial model and whitepaper presentation to management for new programs and approval.- Maintain price books for select customers.- Assist demand management (customer service) with customer communication related production delivery status and new program milestones.- Assist commercial and engineering managers with various reports and data tracking.- Assist marketing manager with market research reports and data tracking.- Provide sales forecast on current book of business.- Ensure customer satisfaction.- Act as Liaison between customer and operations.- Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment, Health and Safety Policy and Energy Policy.- Comply with the environmental, health, safety and energy requirements set forth in Federal, State and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products to comply with the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to their work position.Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including the achievement of the EMASS Objectives and Goals**Required Profile****Education and Experience**:- Internal collaborator: at least 1 year in current position.- Bachelors’ Degree,Technical Degree, or equivalent experience in related field.Minimum of five years experience in commerical, estimating, customer service, or marketing areas.**Skills/ knowledge requirements**:- Provides technical expertise and guidance to staff as appropriate.- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with high quality and on-time completion.- Strong Emotional Intelligence with demonstrated sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.Advanced English skills (fluent)**Technical/Business Knowledge**:- Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Prefer commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience.**Competencies**- Communication- Customer FocusWork Managing**Benefits**- It is an active full-time vacancy with competitive benefits.Equal Opportunity Employer - Inclusive Company.**Steps to apply
