**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Advisor to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**Position 100% remote****Test Manager Profile****Key Responsibilities**:- Define testing objectives, strategies, and plans aligned with project goals and timelines.- Coordinate and lead test teams (on-site and offshore), assigning tasks and monitoring performance.- Ensure thorough documentation of test artifacts, including test cases, scripts, and reports.- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.- Implement best practices for test processes, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.- Oversee defect management processes, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.- Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in software testing, with a track record of successfully managing test teams and projects.- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.- Certification in ISTQB or similar testing frameworks is a plus.This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively lead testing efforts in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results on schedule.LI-LATAM**About NTT DATA
