We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.**As a Recruiting Intern in Lilly, you will be responsible for**:- Guide and support managers on how to handle HR related issues.- Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.- Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as campus and internship projects and D&I initiatives.- Support “People First” experience efforts by implementing streamlined interview coordination efforts and offering excellent customer service.- Provide weekly status report on all recruiting activities to management.**¿Who are we looking for?**- An active student of a bachelor’s degree, with at least one year and a half pending from completing its degree.- A _change agent_ interested in developing a professional career and life experience in Lilly after the completion of the degree.- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.- Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.- Fluent in English.**¿What do we offer?**- Continuous development opportunities.- Organizational culture built upon integrity, respect, and excellence.- Competitive compensation & benefits package.Lilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
