**What will you do?**As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading data analytics initiatives within Johnson Controls. You will develop and implement data analytics programs, strategies, and processes that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure successful execution of analytics projects to drive business results.**How will you do it?**- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for data analytics initiatives.- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects to meet business objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.- Develop and maintain project plans and resource allocations for multiple analytics initiatives.- Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to derive insights from complex data sets.- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation in analytics processes.- Manage project risks and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.- Proven experience in data analytics project management.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).- Experience with data governance and data quality principles.- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning is a plus.
