Resumen de Posición:Electro-Mechanical Product Engineer with entry/mid-level experience in the connector industry to join the ITT Cannon Connectors N.A. team in our Nogales Mexico facility, reporting to the Connectors N.A. Product Design Engineering organization in Irvine, CaliforniaResponsabilidades Esenciales:- General engineering product setup, design and management- Engineering BOM creation, documentation creation and updates- Manage and plan multiple activities related to Sustaining and Product Design support- Multi-functional team member representing Product EngineeringRequisitos del Puesto:- **Required**:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.- 1-5 years’ experience in Electro-Mechanical product design, preferably in connectors- CREO Parametric 3D Modeling/Documentation experience- Experience with other 3D Modeling/Documentation systems acceptable- ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing, including GD&T- Ability to manage multiple tasks- Highly self-motivated and a willingness to make a difference and learn- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments.- Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word etc...- Fluent in Spanish and English a must- The ability to travel into the United States periodically (up to 10-15%)**Preferred**- Experience in electrical connectors and the US Aerospace & Defense industry.- Knowledge in the use of high-performance thermoplastics, aluminums and copper alloys and the manufacturing requirements needed to utilize them- Knowledge in MIL-DTL, Mil-STD and similar industry specifications and requirements.
