**Tech Lead Full Stack Laravel****Propósito del Rol**Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas robustas paraclientes locales e internacionales. Coordinar al equipo de desarrollo, garantizar buenasprácticas de programación y ser referente técnico para tecnologías como PHP, C++,Python, React y JavaScript.Mantener y mejorar relación con clientes**Responsabilidades**- Liderar la arquitectura e implementación de proyectos web y software a medida.- Asegurar la calidad del código (testing, code reviews, CI/CD).- Coordinar el trabajo técnico de 2 a 6 desarrolladores (Jr, Mid, Sr).- Interactuar con clientes (en español e inglés) para entender requerimientos técnicos.- Tomar decisiones de stack y escalabilidad técnica.- Mentoría y entrenamiento de perfiles técnicos más junior.- Tomar decisiones clave relacionadas con arquitectura, desarrollo, despliegue einnovación tecnológica.- Gestionar la implementación de la estrategia de las tecnologías- Establecer el uso eficiente de herramientas de desarrollo, control de versiones ymetodologías ágiles.- Liderar, coordinar y fortalecer los equipos de desarrollo de software e infraestructuratecnológica- Proponer e implementar buenas prácticas de programación y patrones de diseño- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, rendimiento y calidad desoftware.**Requisitos Técnicos**- +6 años de experiência como Full Stack Developer y 3 como líder del área.- Dominio comprobable de al menos 3 de los siguientes lenguajes**:PHP, C++,****Python, React, JavaScript.**- Experiência con sistemas de control de versiones (Git).- Experiência implementando APIs RESTful.- Conocimientos de arquitectura en la nube (AWS, GCP o Azure deseable).- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).**Deseables**- Conocimientos en performance y seguridad de aplicaciones.- Haber liderado equipos técnicos.- Experiência en DevOps básico (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)**Soft Skills**- Relación con clientes- Solución de problemas- Toma de decisiones- Gestión de equipos**Idiomas requeridos**: Español e **inglés profesional / B2 (oral y escrito)****Ubicación**: 100% Presencial por Liverpool Insurgentes
