Job Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews; manage employee records. 2.Attendance and Payroll: Track employee attendance, calculate leave, overtime, and other data; assist in payroll preparation and handle social insurance and housing fund contributions. 3.Employee Relations: Respond to employee HR-related inquiries (e.g., attendance, benefits); assist in handling labor contract signing, renewal, and modifications. 4.Training and Culture Development: Assist in organizing new employee training and corporate culture activities; maintain employee care programs (e.g., birthday benefits, holiday gifts). 5.Daily Administration: Responsible for maintaining the office environment (cleaning, plants, equipment management, etc.); handle procurement, distribution, and inventory management of office supplies. 6.Event Support: Assist in planning employee events (e.g., team building, annual meetings, holiday celebrations). 7.Document and Archive Management: Handle receipt, filing, and digitization of company documents and contracts; maintain various company certificates and qualifications, ensuring timely updates. Qualifications: 1.Education: Associate degree or above; HR management, administrative management, business administration, or psychology majors preferred. 2.Work Experience: Experience in the electric vehicle, motorcycle, or home appliance industries preferred; 3+ years of human resources or administrative management experience. 3.Professional Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in human resources management (recruitment, payroll, employee relations), familiar with local labor laws in Mexico as well as industry standards and regulations, understanding of local unions and other employee management techniques. 4.Competencies: Efficient communication skills, good at summarizing and organizing, responsible. 5.Language Requirements: Spanish and English
