Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Job Summary**As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that materials, processes, and products meet the company’s quality standards. You will perform advanced inspections and audits, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.**What You Will Do**- Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and collect, analyze, and report non-conformance data.- Maintain and update quality system documentation in accordance with industry standards.- Support and participate in internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).**Education Requirement**:- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, IMA or related field.- Basic - Intermediate English**What skills you will have**:**Quality Management**:- Proficient in quality management principles, tools, and techniques.- Ability to foster a culture of quality and ensure alignment with organizational goals.**Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:- Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.- Commitment to delivering high-quality results.**Collaborating**:- Skilled in working effectively with diverse teams.- Promotes a cooperative and inclusive work environment.**Flexibility and Adaptability**:- Comfortable with change and able to adjust quickly to evolving priorities.- Use effective strategies to manage transitions and uncertainty.**Problem Solving**:- Expert in identifying, analyzing, and resolving process and operational issues.**Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies**:- Knowledge of manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies.- Ensure processes are compliant and aligned with best practices.**Root Cause Analysis (RCA)**:- Proficient in RCA methodologies to investigate and resolve quality issues.
