This position is available because we believe you can help us tackle some of the world's most exciting challengesOur headquarters are in West Palm Beach, Florida and we have offices in Miami - Florida, Daphne - Alabama, Pascagoula - Mississippi, Columbus - Georgia, Mexico City - Mexico, and Merida - MexicoYou will be part of an exciting and fast-growing Software Engineering organization that is cross-trained and multifunctional. Your team is responsible for the entire development life cycle of their software engineering, from conception to deployment- Translate business requirements to technical solutions- Participation in all team SCRUM ceremonies- Engineering of client-side and server-side architectures- Development of OO/MVC Restful APIs- Debugging of reported issues and writing suitable fixes- Testing automation of all written code providing full coverage- Deployment of features and hotfixes to various environments via CI / CD- Documentation of developed processes and needed technical writings- Contribution to a dynamic team environment- Mentoring, tutoring, and coaching junior developers**Experience**- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience- 5+ years or more of Web Development experience- At least 2 years of Senior Web Development- Solid knowledge of HTML / CSS- Expertise in Front End JavaScript / TypeScript languages like Angular, ReactJS,VueJS or NodeJS- Expertise in Back End languages like Python or PHP- Expertise with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or NoSQL- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker, or Kubernetes- Exposure to DevOps and Clouds like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud- Proficient with source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, or BitBucket- Experience doing team code reviews- Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools- Knowledge of Microservices architecture is a plus- Strong writing and verbal communications- English spoken and written is a major plus**Benefits**- Competitive salary, bonuses- Yearly performance-based salary increases- Flexible Paid Time Off- Observation of all Government Holidays- Continuous education, training, and conferences- Company-sponsored certifications in related fields- Company provided financial, management, and leadership trainingTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidosTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de permanencia- Bono de productividadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Mérida, Yuc.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problema o estar dispuesto a mudarse con una paquete de apoyo para mudarse proporcionado por la empresa (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Desarrollo web: 5 años (Obligatorio)
