Responsable de analizar y determinar las consecuencias derivadas de la aplicación de la legislación fiscal en las operaciones de las empresas Mexicanas del grupo.**Main Responsibilities**:- Responsable del análisis y estudio de la legislación fiscal aplicable a las distintas empresas del grupo.- Responsable de analizar y atender todas las consultas internas que se realizan al departamento de impuestos.- Responsable de comunicar interna y externamente cambios en políticas internas con relación a temas fiscales.- Responsable de orientar a los fiscalistas encargados respecto a la aplicación de políticas fiscales y cambios en las mismas.- Responsable del programa de capacitación del equipo fiscal.- Responsable de coordinar la relación con la autoridad fiscal en el ámbito local y federal.- Apoyo y orientación en contestación de requerimientos y auditorías de parte de las autoridades fiscales y de auditores internos y externos.**Position Challenges**:- Capaz de atender consultas fiscales en tiempos cortos- Capacidad para detectar riesgos anticipadamente- Excelente comunicación interpersonal ya que tendrá contacto/comunicación con todas las áreas del negocio.**Qualifications**:- Dominio de idiomas Español e Inglés- Preparacíón académica: Licenciatura en derecho indispensable, maestría o posgrado deseable.- Areas de experiência: 7 años de experiência en consultoría fiscal o litigio fiscal.- Technical Skills: Habilidades técnicas fiscales comprobables con experiência laboral.- Soft Skills: Habilidad para generar relaciones laborales, habilidad para presentar ante audiencias especialistas y no especialistas temas técnicos fiscales.
