Mexico Financial Planning ManagerEnsure proper planning, budgeting and control of the Pfizer Biopharmaceuticals Group (PBG) to support the decision-making process and the proper allocations of financial resources. Support the pricing process of PBG business (analysis). Prepare reports to local and corporate stakeholders (P&L forecasts, budgets, etc). Prepare ad hoc financial analysis aiming to create value to the business. Prepare and control payroll budget for PBG. Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis to the decision making process. Be financial expert to identify business risks and opportunities. Work closely with BFC and DS CoE.Main Responsibilities:- Lead the business forecasting and budgeting cycles, supporting Commercial, Marketing, cluster leads, Country Manager and platform areas in the definition of the business strategic goals.- Control of execution of the operating Plan (OP) for the different areas of the business, reporting and explaining variations vs. Plan.- Coordinate costs and distribution savings opportunities with Costs accounting department and logistics team.- Monitor proper management of financial resources from Pfizer under the guidelines of the financial plans and in accordance to corporate policies (promotional material, inventories, promotional investment, etc).- Define cost center structures.- Ensure financial statements reflect the business reality (accruals, expenses, revenues, risks).- Coordinate with the controller the closing process, ensuring proper booking of business transactions.- Be the point of contact for resolving accounting problems.- Approve different monthly accruals affecting the business: bad debtors, Cash discounts, slow moving inventory, obsolescence, sales allowances, returns, etc.- Coordinate with BFC and DS CoE the issuing of Sales Flash, VEP and P&L to HQ.- Provide financial measurement tools and develop product P&Ls.- Preparation of reports required by headquarters related to the analysis of the Income Statement and Sales.- Serve as finance point of contact to business areas in financial matter- Prepare information and financial reports for local and corporate presentations. (i.e.: Town Halls, Operating Plan, Last Estimates, business reviews, etc.). this information is presented to Regional and Global teams.- Act as financial consultant for the organization giving support to different areas of the division.- Prepare and report brand plans reports to CBLs and CPLs.- Approve prices.- Participate in the preparation of price lists.- Provide financial analysis to make price decisions.- In coordination with H&V, ensure compliance of pricing policies and local legal price requirements.- Participate in special projects for new products or new business evaluations.- Provide analysis to product managers in brand P&Ls or other business needs.- Ensure reconciliation of revenue forecasts to minimize BOs and obsolescence.- Analyze jointly with costs department opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.- Support the business, as needed, in negotiations with customers.- Provide analysis to Country manager on portfolio optimization or other business needs.- Provide proactive analysis to improve profitability by reducing costs, reducing expenses, increase revenue.Constant Connections with:- Finance Director.- Country Manager.- PBG Leadership team- CBL/CBM, Commercial Director, H&V Lead, GCO Lead, Regulatory and other Business Managers and Directors.- Other Finance Managers and colleagues (Controller, Tax, CCR).- HQ Finance Managers and Directors.- Other HQ areas, which could demand information from the market.What kind of professional we are looking for:- Proactive and business driven.- Creativity to handle complex problems.- High analytical skills.- Customer oriented.- High level of communication (oral and written).- Able to create impacting power point presentations.- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.- Teamwork oriented and ability to coordinate big team deliverables.- Team developer.Work Location Assignment: FlexiblePfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Finance & AccountingLI-PFE
