Position: Supplier Quality/Development Engineer Sr.Area: Supplier QualityEducation: Bachelor degree, Master degree desirable**Position Purpose**:Follow-up to 8Ds using 3L5W for root cause analysis looking for robust actions with the supplier containing in less than 24Hrs in the affected plants, identification of CR and PCA plans in 14 days establishing actions that prevent recurrence using KPACs to document lessons learned.Responsible for implementing CS(1 & 2), QTF, BHManage Ship holds, risk managment,andon pull, Warranty collaboartion.Supplier visits to evaluate 4 diamonds & validate 8Ds PCAs.**Language**:100% Business Conversational English**Competencies**:- Strong ProblemSolving- Conflict management- Business accumen- Priority management- Self-driven and self-motivated- Drive for results- Directing others- Leadership**Required Skills**:Management of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3,PFMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, AIAG, PTC- Weak detection, KPAC, 7 Diamond process desirable.Prefered ISO 9001/IATF16949/VDA 6.3/CQE/CQA/CSQE auditor certificationAbility and willingness to travel 75% of time domestic and international travel (Argentina / Brazil / Europe)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensa- Vales de restauranteTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 66628, Monterrey, N.
