Personas como túSpecialist Plant Controlling ES**Job Req ID**: **Ubicación**:San Luis Potosi, MX, 78395**Objective of the position**- Act as financial service provider by supporting management descisions with accurate and up to date information. Actively facilitate good relationships with information receivers and information sources. Drive implementation of DRX standards for ES sites in the region when available, actively persue information exchange between the US, Mexico and Germany DRX locations.**Principal Activities**:- Supervise all plant controlling activities and support the plant controllers in their professional development.- Drive close cooperation between plant controllers and plant managers in the region.- Coordinate all activities related to financial process (Budget, Forecast, Strategic Planning, Reporting, Month close end, year close end, etc.)- Create internal publications (e.g. documentation, etc.) and present as required (internally).- Recognize general needs for continuing education in his/her own field within the company; plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics, both domestically and in other countries- Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action- Lead analysis activities (e.g. plan/actual comparisons in cost and performance accounting for cost centers and cost units, etc.) for the appropriate division or company and conduct standard analysis and ad hoc analysis.Lead all ES plant related investment controlling- Drive all ES plant controlling related commenting of monthly results per given group or local mgmt. schedule.- Contact for all plant related ES segment requests out of the group or local management.- Drives all budget activities involving ES plant controlling and ensure completion of all milestones according to group budget timeline.- Drive all system uploads (SAP, TM1) for planning purposes for the Mexican and Nicaraguan legal entities and ensure completion of all milestones according to group budget timeline.- Coordinate all forecasting and strategic planning for ES P&L and CAPEX.- Budget vs Actual analysis, reporting and communication to cost center responsibles.- Drive process improvements, data and interface optimization and constant increase in data quality of reporting.- Drive harmonization and standardization of reporting and processes with group and within area of responsibility.- Conduct factor Calculation and analysis for regional ES factor.**Requirements**:- Professional career:- Public Accounting specialized on Costs or Corporative Finance, Business Administration specialized on Finance- Relevant experience:- Financial Analysis- Budget and Forecast- Costs Accounting- General Accounting- Technical knowledge:- Tools for problem solving- MS Office, especially Excel- SAP- Risk Analysis- Customer specific requirements- Languages:- English Bussiness level
