Participate in and manage Change Control projects- Make different TS / Quality document (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, dummy and calibration setup) and keep them updated continously through the life time of the products RDE projects, Participate in and make production foundation new product projects.- CAPEX, Run equipment investment projects (planning and management)- Various production related projects/ foundation (according to Project milestones Problem solving, from customer complaint- .Improve manufacturing process Quality, COPQ (internal (Scrap, Changes, Sorting etc.) & external). Improve production related Cost, VC and OVC cost down activities Improve, Productivity- and work time study (Lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE Equipment support, Support to shop floor / production ( Bom (bill of materials), IT, Tools, Machine tools drawings, spare parts ordering and preventive maintenance plan)- Supplier contact regarding technical issues (parts and machines).Running TIP activities and follow up. 2.
