Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do.We are looking for a** Route Engineer with Portuguese****Main Purpose**The main purpose of this position is to support accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through perform and deliver route engineering design solutions within the Route Intelligence Center.- This role will be in charge of following service requests and performing solutions using the technological platform (Territory Planner).- Interaction and alignment with the RIC Coordinator role to clarify items within the request- Interaction and alignment with the Project / Change Manager to get feedback from route engineering solution in place on the field, in case any adjustment is required for solution fine tuning based on performance.- Coordinate with their team members (other route engineers) for support requirements and technical needs**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- Use the software to perform route engineering solution based on request (Execute)- Utilize the business Standard Route Process (Execute)- Clarify and if necessary, modify route engineering solution based on feedback from performance in field (Execute)- Build reports to follow up on solution delivery performance with RIC Coordinator (Support)- Support on Route Intelligence Center continuous improvement plan and implementation (Support)- Warranty the achievement of the SLA commitment with each projectQualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- Bachelor´s degree- Fluent Portuguese is a must- Desirable intermediate English- Ability to use softwares, EXCEL- Desirable experience in logistics and continuous improvement.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo****INTERNAL CANDIDATES**:- Having worked at least 18 months in your current function.- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years.- Having not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months.
