Fecha de publicación: 25 Septiembre 2025- Lugar:- México - Remote- Skills:**Skills and attributes for success**- Broad understanding of testing lifecycle and agile frameworks- Knowledge of Quality Management techniques**To qualify for the role you must have**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and 7+ years of relevant work experience- Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.- Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches- Experience in Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps or any relevant defect management tool and CI/CD.- Proficiency managing/implementing Control Version- xml and json knowledge are a plus- Implement automation strategy and guide the team- Self -starter, with the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, rapid change and diverse technologies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Database testing- Data Testing Management- Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams- Experience in supporting medium to high size complexities- Nice to have localization / translation testing experience as well as knowledge on performance testing concepts.- Good knowledge of KPIs and metrics- Experience in customer facing roles- Ideally, you’ll also have Lean certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.- **English level: Advanced**- Actividades:**Your key responsibilities**- Lead the test activities to ensure product quality- Design, develop, and support test cases for functional and non-functional domains and resolve issues that may impede the test effort- Drive the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepare test plans, identify relevant metrics and keep track of required effort.- Manage the execution of tests, review reports and interpret recommendations for product or design changes- Contribute, review and implement internal quality control standards- Develop relationships with other engineering groups to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modifications- Deseable:- Beneficios:- 100% nómina- Vales de despensa- Fondo de ahorro 5%- Aguinaldo 15 días- Vacaciones 15 días- Prima vacacional 25%- 5 días flotantes- 5 días de permiso de paternidad- 3 días de permiso de matrimonio- 3 días de permiso de duelo- SGMM, extensivo a cónyuge e hijos- SGMm, extensivo a cónyuge e hijos- Seguro de vida- PTU- Capacitación- Bono anual de desempeño- Plan de carrera y oportunidades- Apoyo gastos Home Office**T
