By doing so we touch millions of people's lives every day. _- And we need people like you to make it happen._**_We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of - for food, people and the planet._****Job Summary**:We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to be responsible for order supply, meet customer’s requirements to satisfy their needs on time and specifications.The position is based in Queretaro factory, Mexico, reporting to Planning & Logistics Manager.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.**What you will do**:As Warehouse Team Leader you will:- Manage end to end material flow in the factory.- Manage factory warehouse team.- Lead WCM (World Class Manufacturing) teams and improvements activities- Loss intelligence of KPIs (warehouse cost, capacity, lead time, logistics TIs, perfect order, and safety)- Logistics supplier management- Business expert in SAP- Lead stock inventory management- Ensure compliance to regulations and procedures (OEA, FDA, ISO, BRC)- Order supply, meet customer’s requirements to satisfy their needs on time and specifications.- Manage third parties (external warehouses, waste handling, material handling equipment)- Evaluate use of technologies to improve logistics (safety and productivity)- Participation on continuous improvement strategies within the World Class Manufacturing methodology- Participation on continuous improvement with ISO 9000, 14000,**We believe you have**:- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree.- Proficient in English and Spanish Language- 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.- SAP R3 management is a must.- Proven experience leading and directed work teams.- Desirable to be certificated as Green Belt.- Knowledge in Continuous improvement strategies.- Knowledge in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 and other quality standards.**We Offer You**- A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape- A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results- An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion- Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsThis job posting expires on** Oct 17th, 2024.**- Diversity, equity, and inclusion is an everyday part of how we work.
