Objective Administración y seguimiento del Dealer Estándar en la Red de Distribuidores de Mercedes-Benz México de acuerdo a lineamientos definidos por Mercedes-Benz AG y seguimiento a los indicadores para optimizar la operación del distribuidor en términos de rentabilidad y valor para el cliente. Responsibilities Traducción, adaptación e implementación de los lineamientos y estándares de Mercedes-Benz. Proveer una guía clara de lineamientos y estándares de Mercedes-Benz a los distribuidores con un alto enfoque a la experiencia del cliente. Auditorías, visitas de seguimiento y administración de las evidencias de estándares y lineamientos de Mercedes-Benz en la Red de Distribuidores a través del control, revisión, retroalimentación y cierre de evidencias de las auditorías. Asegurar el uso de la herramienta de auditoría a través de la traducción, adaptación, alineación y actualización, según se requiera. Generación órdenes de compra, pago a proveedores con el seguimiento, administración (altas, bajas) de proveedores. Detectar e identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos internos del área optimizando recursos. Qualifications Escolaridad: Carrera económica administrativa, ingeniería. Idioma: Inglés 80%. Experiencia laboral: 2 años de experiencia en administración, auditoría, procesos, instrucción o capacitación, negociación con proveedores / instructores. Conocimientos técnicos necesarios: Conocimiento automotriz, gestión del negocio. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position, local contract applies.
