Job Description:Materials Manager**Responsibilities**:- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.- Ensures that company health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed, as well as compliance to all local regulations.- Establishes and maintains standard work and procedures for warehouse operations.- Develops and manages KPI’s for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale.- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.- Management of team members, including hiring, training, and performance management.- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.- Administers cycle count programs and ensures accurate inventory counts.- Formulates warehouse space requirements and improved methods of storage.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
