(main responsibility)- Develop deep knowledge of the products, therapies and procedures of the division.- Carry out the monthly and quarterly sales plan for the territory.- Work together with the commercial partners (sales representatives, distributors, commissions agent) to achieve the sales plan for the territory.- Establish a great relationship with doctors, referrals, buyers, insurance companies, KOL´s, hospitals.- Follow up of the procedures to ensure invoice of those cases.- Visit customers and potential clients for BSC on a regular basis.- Planning and execution of strategies for new product launches and consolidation of accounts that have already sales shares and market potential.- Analysis of the market and the competition through the generation of reports (on processes, sales, historical data, inventory and account profiles) for the development of the business.**Quality System Requirements**- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.**For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable**:- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.**Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines****Knowledge**Problem Solving**- Applies professional concepts and company policies and procedures, analyzes data or situations, and exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems.
