Help attract bilingual talent and make a positive impact.****Responsibilities**:- Promote job vacancies in strategic areas of Tijuana.- Assist in mass recruitment events and brand activations.- Report daily activities and results.**Requirements**:- 1 year of field recruitment experience (essential).- Communication skills and a proactive attitude.- Availability to work in the field (areas such as shopping centers, universities, etc.).- Immediate availability.- Basic handling of mobile devices to register information.- Conversational level of English (B2 or higher).**We Offer**:- Base salary of $14,000 MXN net monthly.- Legal benefits.- Transportation support of $250 MXN per week.- Initial training.- Opportunity for development within the project.Pay: $14,000.00 - $14,100.00 per monthWork Location: In person
