As a Telemarketing Representative at our family, you will play a vital role in generating leads and driving sales growth within the construction industry. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products/services, and nurturing relationships to secure appointments or sales opportunities for our sales team.**Duties**:- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers- Present and promote products or services to generate sales- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits- Answer questions and address customer concerns- Record and update customer information in the database- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure additional salesQualifications:- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in technology or software industry- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it for lead management- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively- Previous experience in inside sales or technical sales is a plus- Proven track record of successful business development through telemarketingAs a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and generating sales through outbound calling.
