Wedding Project

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Wedding Project & Client Relations Assistant** for a part-time role, with the possibility to transition into full-time.This position is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, supporting clients with care, and ensuring smooth communication across all stages of the wedding journey.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate photographers and videographers (schedules, briefs, logistics).- Provide post-wedding client support (delivery of photos and videos, responding to requests, clarifications on albums and edits).- Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, timelines).- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.**Requirements**:- Strong written and spoken English skills (our main working language).- Experience in event management, photo/video production, or client service is a plus.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Based in Mexico.Nice to Have- Experience in the wedding industry (photo/video).- Knowledge of Russian (not required, but a plus).Compensation- $600-$1000 USD/month depending on experience and skills.- Part-time to start, with the possibility of transitioning into full-time.- Performance-based growth opportunities.- Flexible schedule, fully remote.- Work directly with the CEO and grow into a long-term position.**Job Type**: Part-timePay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Describe your English level (or Russian)- Describe in a few words your experience in the wedding industry- Do you have any knowledge about wedding photography or videographyWork Location: Remote
