Responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions, including payroll administration, compliance with labor regulations, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and ensures HR processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and business objectives.**Location**:Guadalajara; Jalisco Mexico**Qualifications we are looking for**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and l**abor regulations**.- Internal workforce planning and** HR policy management,** including compliance with Mexican labor regulations **(NOM-037, NOM-035)**, vacation policies, bonuses, and benefits- Experience with onboarding, HR operations, and benefits administration.- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**Job duties**:- Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and coordination with external providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies, supporting audits and maintaining proper documentation.- Coordinate and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation and employee records management.- Administer employee benefits programs, including meal vouchers (food vouchers), and act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and systems.- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and collaborate with stakeholders on HR operations and reporting.** What you can expect from us**Here at Nexaminds, we're not your typical workplace.
