Driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team -or POD- works directly with our customers, with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality and autonomy.- What will help you succeed:_- Knowledge in tools such as**: restassured, karate, behave, cucumber, cypress, playwright, AWS services.**:- Knowledge in** CI/CD processes.**:- Strong knowledge in handling **test data for automation.**:- Experience in **developing automation frameworks from scratch** using different stacks.- General knowledge of databases.- Knowledge in mocks using **mockito, wiremock among others.**:- General knowledge in **unit testing.**:- Definition of strategies and plans.- Preferably, having managed combined development and testing teams (with greater emphasis on the testing part).- Proven experience in **automation for backend** (APIs, lambdas, batch processes among others) **and frontend** (especially web, mobile is desired but not mandatory).- Good communication, negotiation, sense of urgency, flexibility.- **Team management.**:- Identifying risks and action plans to correct deviations.- Identifying areas of improvement.- Creation of reports for upper management.- **B2+ English Level**- This job can be filled from anywhere #LI-Remote in Mexico_At Globant we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
