Manufacturing operations reside in Hendersonville, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Plympton, MA, Christiansburg, VA, Acuna, MX and Tijuana, MX.Supply chain professional responsible for demand planning and end-to-end supply activities with sales representatives, distributors and customers. Activities will require constant action in the whole process with special attention to demand capture, production, logistics, material supply and forecasting.- Plans and schedules inbound and outbound movement of materials among plants, suppliers, distributors and customers.- Develop rolling 12-month SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Plan)- Determinates material requirements to ensure efficient use of material across production, inventory and distributors.- Develops reports based on cross-company data to ensure the best decisions are taken when forecasting, planning or stocking.- Implement new processes to improve efficiency and service of the company with internal/external customers.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university or college on engineering or international business- 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain is desired. Demand planning and inventory experience is desired.- Proven strong analytical skills.- Solid background in Supply Chain fundamentals and S&OP.- ERP knowledge is desired.- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite is required. PowerBI knowledge is desired.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Ability to effectively interface with multiple levels of internal and external customers.**Additional information
