The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the business needs and analyzing, validating, and documenting the business and system requirements that identify how these needs can be best addressed. The analyst designs processes and changes to processes that will be used to implement the business transformation solutions completed through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements. The analyst adheres to the established processes and requirements management methodology and practices (use case modeling processes, ISPMM). It includes meeting established the client’s quality and compliance standards. You will be responsible for taking current processes, creating process maps, and suggesting areas for improvement.
