About DMI:About the Opportunity:DMI, LLC is seeking a **Mid Change Management **to join us. This position requires the resource be located in Monterrey, Mexico.**Duties and** Responsibilities**:- The Change Management Consultant will work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments.- Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to change initiatives.- Develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives.- Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders.- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project objectives.Qualifications:**Education and Years of Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.**Required and Desired Skills/Certifications**:- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- English Language Proficiency.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Project management experience is a plus.**Min Citizenship Status Required**: Must be a **Mexico National****Physical Requirements**: No Physical requirement needed for this position**.****Location: Hybrid, Monterrey Mexico****#LI-HP1****Working at DMI**DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
