**Ops-IT - Data Management and Support Office - Chennai/Guadalajara**:AW.V2**THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO**- Owns the data quality of key data sources such as CMDB, and small business funded demand (SBFD) and leads the analysis and improvement plan on behalf of OPSIT.- Agree and deliver plans for small projects (or contribution to a section of a larger project), including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined in the IT Project Management Methodology (ADF).- For small/sub projects, manage changes to project/programme scope, ensuring that all impacts and changes are approved and appropriately communicated to stakeholders and review boards. Manage relationships with OPSIT stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of requirements and commitment to project/program objectives. Responsible for steering / stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, and risks.- Review the key data to ensure clear Identification and assist with effective risk & issue management. Escalate risks and issues as appropriate.- Support Communications, and Change, and Project Management Team to ensure adheres to all standards including ADF, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, and best practices.- Support Strategy and Portfolio team to ensure clear data quality, learnings and standards- Clear usage of data analysis and reporting to support data sourced decisions for OPSIT- Provide OPSIT with the ability to source, use and display key data.- Ability to manage multiple tasks or workstreams to differing timelines**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE**- Technical or business degree or relevant proven experience- 24+ months in a project delivery/project coordination- Project Management & Data Analysis skills- Good communication and organisational skills- Good business acumen with sensitivity to environment- Familiar with project management and delivery methodologies and standards- Strong capability in data usage and analysis**WHY JOIN US**Here our work has a direct impact on patients - transforming our ability to develop life-changingmedicines.
