Inter-Con remains 100% family owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high-requirement security solutions.- Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters. _- **PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH**_**Job Summary**Inter-Con is seeking a Legal Administrator to provide a broad range of support for the Legal and Labor Relations departments.**Primary Responsibilities**The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Perform general administrative tasks related to investigations, litigation support, etc.;- Collect and organize documents for litigation from Paycom, Salesforce, and various departments within the company;- Maintain and update index of active and archived matters;- Maintaining documents relating to licensing on Salesforce;- Interface with finance department for payment requests and monitoring to ensure legal settlement payments are timely made, etc.- Special projects as may be directed by the legal and labor relations department.**Qualifications**- Extensive database management experience is a critical component in this role.- Proficiency in Outlook, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is preferred.- **PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH**_Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
