And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**Job Summary**:Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.**Main activities**:1. Develop, implement, and maintain the quality control plan of the productive areas.2. Define and implement inspection standards, methods, and procedures for quality assurance.3. Implement improvement projects that allow establishing new world-class standards.4. Participate in high performance teams to ensure the achievement of objectives.5. Ensure the development of the inspectors in charge.6. Follow-up of orders until their arrival to Clients and provide service for client satisfaction (Project Manager / End Client).**Requirements**:1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering.2. 3 to 5 years of experience in the Quality area and experience handling the different processes (Incoming Inspection, Quality Processes and Outgoing). 3. Experience as People Manager (2 years).4. Experience working with multifunctional teams.4. Advanced level of English.5. Knowledge of: PIPAs and Control Plans, problem solving, A3 and 8D.
