Buyer - Thermal & Adaptation

The Thermal & Adaptation Buyer will be responsible for negotiating and buying components in support of the Chassis and Adaption Global Purchasing organization. The duties include management of the sourcing process, developing and implementing creative solutions to complex challenges, capacity and cost management, and PO/ contract administration. This includes but is not limited to selecting suppliers, placing purchase orders, managing complex contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, managing key Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier relationships, and developing strategies.**Requirements**:**Basic Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance from or equivalent- A minimum of 3 years of purchasing or closely related relevant experience- Negotiation and/or exposure to sourcing/project management processes- Organized, self-motivated, capable of managing conflict and resourceful managing complex assignments- Strong communication skills and are highly customer focused- Able to effectively lead cross-functional teams- Fluent in MS Office Suit
