This role will work with colleges and universities admissions and enrolment management divisions to implement a leading CRM software which is designed to increase enrollment and improve outreach to prospective students.This role requires both technical and functional understanding of the CRM system and a determination of continual learning and growth within the team. The agile approach to implementation we take demands a professional who is collaborative within a remote team setting, willing to take on new challenges, and work with complex situations.**Where you will make an impact**- Deliver all project deliverables on scope, on time and on budget with exceptional quality.- Maintain current expertise with latest technologies and tools to bring more efficiencies to the development process.- Problem solving to diagnose a problem, gather supporting evidence to present to others to help solve the problem.- Supporting customers to make a smooth transition from their existing systems and processes to new tools and processes through implementation efforts and, where appropriate ongoing consulting. Providing change management advice as appropriate- Business process review and analysis of client business requirements.
