**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**:**Job Function**DutiesBusiness Process- Assist project teams in implementation of BTAB and testing support with Impact Partners- Develop and demonstrate functional expertise in Oracle and related business processes- Own the implementation of new sales processes and testing- Support of pricing and new part creationSales Support- Run detailed reports for Sales Leadership- Maintain dashboards to identify Impact Partner performance- Partner with business process supervisor to support Impact Partner plans and other administrative functionsCommunication- Communication Internally and externally - effective management of all stakeholders- Clear communication internally and externallyFlexibility- Depending on month end activities and financial closing**Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.)**:- **Need to confirm what is required by Lydia**Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.)**:- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a sales function**Traits & Skills ((i.e., Analytical capacity, computer capacity, risk taking, introversion/extroversion, confidence, reasoning)**:- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities- Self-starting and action oriented- Oracle Experience Required- Proficient in Excel**Job Competencies (Please choose the main 5 critical Korn Ferry Competencies)**:- Customer Focus- Ensures Accountability- Being Resilient- Plans and Aligns- Collaborates
