The IT Coordinator works closely with various departments to enhance system efficiency and improve overall IT service delivery.**Key Responsibilities**:**IT Support & Troubleshooting**- Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.- Assist in managing IT service requests, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.- Maintain and update IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and system configurations.**Network & System Administration**- Support the administration of servers, databases, and network infrastructure.- Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime, security, and efficiency.- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.**Security & Compliance**- Ensure IT security measures are in place, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption.- Conduct regular security audits and assist in implementing cybersecurity policies.- Educate employees on IT best practices, including password management and phishing awareness.- Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry regulations, and company protocols.**Project Coordination & System Improvements**- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including software implementations and system upgrades.- Work with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and manage contracts.- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology improvements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.- 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, network administration, and IT security.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Advanced English level
