From freshness dating to track and trace coding, our technologies help ensure products sold across the globe, in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial marketplaces are authentic and safe for consumers to use.**In this role, a typical day will look like**:- Negotiate payment terms and execute collection process -Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer communication.- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.- Actively follow up on customer requests and document all actions and communication platforms from other companies.- Prepare, verify, and perform billing through electronic processing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines for an assigned account portfolio -Interact closely with the sales team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies for assigned customers.**The essential requirements of the job include**:- + 2 years of experience in a similar position- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting- Intermediate level of EnglishAt Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, safeguarding food, medicine, and essentials is what we do, because everyone, everywhere has a right to know that the food, medicines, and packaged goods they rely on are safe.
