Actividades principales a realizar: 1. Revisar los documentos de solicitud de cotización (RFQ) y coordinarse con el ingeniero de sitio o el equipo de soporte técnico para obtener detalles técnicos cuando sea necesario. 2. Ejecutar la herramienta CPQ (Configure Price Quote) para obtener precios y costos de los productos solicitados (hardware y software de primera parte). 3. Enviar solicitudes de cotización a proveedores a través del área de sourcing para obtener precios de terceros. 4. Coordinar con el área de línea de negocio (LOB) para estimar esfuerzos de ingeniería y de implementación en sitio, y preparar un análisis de costos consolidado (incluyendo hardware, software y servicios). 5. Enviar la cotización generada en CPQ para aprobación de descuentos (si aplica), o revisarla con LOB para obtener la aprobación final. 6. Preparar la propuesta técnica-comercial final con base en las aprobaciones recibidas y entregarla al equipo de ventas dentro del plazo establecido. 7. Registrar la orden de compra (PO) en el sistema tras la recepción por parte del cliente vía el equipo de ventas. 8. Gestionar la información del caso en SFDC (Salesforce), incluyendo estatus, historial de auditoría, valor y otros datos relevantes durante todo el ciclo de la propuesta. 9. Resguardar la información de la propuesta y comunicaciones clave en la ubicación designada. 10. Mantener una comunicación constante con las partes interesadas del cliente, como el equipo de ventas, LOB, sourcing y el equipo de sitio, de acuerdo con la región de la propuesta y registro. 11. Asegurar el uso de los formatos estándar del cliente para cada tipo de entregable. Carrera en Ingeniería. Título universitario. Experiencia comprobable en el uso de Salesforce. Conocimiento sólido en elaboración de cotizaciones. Capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
