The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible of the design, development, modification and analysis of manufacturing processing, products, and devices. Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems with existing processes or products, identifies areas for improvement and makes modifications to the processes as needed to ensure high levels of manufacturing, product quality and productivity. Evaluates and recommends design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes.**Location**:UTAS - GAM, Venustiano Carranza # 238 Desarrollo Industrial Colorado, Mexicali, 21397 Mexico**Requisitos**:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineer+5 years' experience in Similar positionExperience in Aerospace or Automotive IndustrySpecial process knowledge (Heat treat & Pyrometry, Coatings, NDT, Chemical Lines, Welding)NADCAP Audit ExperienceAbility to read and interpret mechanical and assembly drawingsProcess specification interpretationSolid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Manufacturing operations sequence definitions and BOM CreationsLean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Tools usagePPAP knowledge such as Process Flow diagram and PFMEAEnglish (advanced)
