This role leads a multifunctional team focused on supplier qualification, development, and issue resolution, as well as ensuring reliable incoming material inspection and release in accordance with internal and external requirements.- Lead and coordinate the **Supplier Quality Management (SQM)** activities, including supplier audits, PPAP/FAI validation, deviation management, and supplier corrective actions.- Manage the **Incoming Quality Control Laboratory**, ensuring accurate inspection routines, calibration control, and metrology capability.- Work closely with **global procurement, engineering, and manufacturing** teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and standards.- Drive **root cause analysis and preventive actions** for nonconforming materials and recurring supplier issues.- Promote a culture of **continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and proactive risk management**.- Lead, coach, and develop the **Supplier Quality and Incoming Quality team**, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.- Ensure **compliance with Siemens quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks**.**What will you need to succeed?**- Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering**, or related fields- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in supplier quality management or related roles in a manufacturing environment- **Proven people leadership experience** and team development skills (At least 3 years)- Knowledge of **ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D methodology**:- Experience or basic proficiency in **digitalization tools** and **data analysis for quality performance monitoring and decision-making** (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced, Minitab, or similar)- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority- **Strong analytical and communication skills**:- Advanced level of **English** (written and spoken)**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement****Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon
